In Phase I of this process, we've provided you with some product links below to allow you to look at some of the more than three-thousand (3,000) items we have to offer. A growing number of the more frequently selected items will be directly available at the funeral home. Others will be ordered for your consideration. All our products come with a money-back guarantee (except those that have been personalized or engraved.)
Pet Memorials:
Responding to our own life experience as well as the requests of families we have served, we are
offering a number of memorial items and support resources to help those who have experienced the death of a pet.
Regardless of your need, if you don't see what you are looking for, please just call us or send us an e-mail and we'll be happy to help you
find what you need. Service is our most important product and we consider it a privilege to help you. We realize that the web makes a wide range of products and services available to everyone and we want you to know
that we are continually seeking to improve the way we use the internet to better serve you.
Price and Payment:
In Phase I, we will provide price lists by email or quotes by phone (630-365-6414). We can also mail you one or more catalogues and price lists. Credit card information can be taken by phone, or in person for those in our area.
Service:
When you select an urn or a memorial item created to hold a lock of hair or ceremonial flower petals,
etc., we offer experienced, professional services to place those items securely into any memorial receptacle. If the memorial item was purchased from us, the cost of dividing cremated remains, secure placement
and/or sealing is already included in the cost of the item.
If the item that best suits your needs was purchased elsewhere or is something you crafted yourself, we are glad to service those items as well. A
small nominal fee is charged for this service. We'll be glad to give you a quote on servicing any specialized products.
