Judy Peterson, age 64 formally of Elmwood Park died Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at Advocate Christ Hospital in Oak Lawn, IL.
She was born Tuesday, May 20, 1952 in Elmwood Park, IL to the happy parents of Roy and Theresa (Gaudio) Grandt.
As Judy grew she and her family moved to several different places, which included; Harwood Heights, Elmwood Park, Wheaton and Wayne, IL.
She attended local schools and graduated from Wheaton High School.
Judy enjoyed spending time with her animals, which included but was not limited to dogs and some cats. Horses were her absolute favorite, she had many over the years but one in particular was her love; “Jimmy.”
She leaves behind her ex-husband; Rick Peterson, one son; Brian (Susan) Peterson, two sisters; Chris and Theresa, one brother; Roy and 2 grandchildren; Will and Eli.
Judy now joins her parents and one sister; Lois.
A visitation will be from 10:00-11:00AM, Monday, June 13, 2016 at Conley Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 11:00AM, Monday. Burial will be at Blackberry Township Cemetery in Elburn.
