Leroy A. Olsen, age 67, of Phil Campbell, AL passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at UAB Hospital, Birmingham, AL.He is survived by his wife, Glenda, his two children, Leroy A. Olsen II, Lori A. A committal service will be held on Saturday Feb 25 at Blackberry Township Cemetery, Rt. 47 and Keslinger Rd. at 11:30 AM.
