LOU ANN LAMBERT, age 67, of Elburn, passed away Friday, January 27, 2012 at the Pepper Family Hospice Facility in Barrington. Released from her courageous battle with cancer, she now claims the promise of her Savior. SURVIVORS: She is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Dennis Lambert of Elburn, Two children:Dennis Lambert Jr. of McHenry, IL and Michael (Tiziana) Lambert of Chicago, IL;Two grandchildren, Olivia Grace and Isabella Rose Lambert;Two siblings:Bill (Jackie) Docimo of Elburn, IL and Maryann (Jack) Patti of Bartlett, IL;Her mother Mary Docimo of Bartlett;Many nieces, nephews, and cousins. PRECEDED:She is preceded in death by her father Tony Docimo. VISITATION / FUNERAL Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m., with a wake service to begin at 7:30 p.m., Sunday, January 29, 2012 at Conley Funeral Home, 116 W. Pierce St., Elburn, IL 60119. There will be an additional time of visitation, also at the funeral home Monday, January 30, from 9-10 a.m. A funeral mass to celebrate her life will begin at 10:30 a.m., Monday, January 30, at St. Gall Catholic Church. Fr. Karl Ganss, pastor of the church, will officiate and interment will follow at St. Gall Cemetery, Elburn. MEMORIAL In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in her name to benefit Louanne’s favorite charities. Checks may be made to the "Lou Ann Lambert Memorial" and mailed in care of P.O.
