BRANDON D. PETERSON ACKERMANAge 20, of Maple Park, IL, died Saturday, December 31, 2005 due to an auto accident. Though taken in a moment, from all of his hopes and dreams, he leaves a legacy of love and laughter indelibly inscribed forever after in the lives of his family and friends. GROWING UP YEARS / EDUCATIONBrandon was born June 18, 1985 in St. Charles, IL. He grew up in Maple Park where he attended Kaneland Schools and graduated with the class of 2003. Following graduation he attended DeVry Technology Institute, Chicago, where he studied computer technology while working as a computer technician at United Recycling, West Chicago. Brandon also worked part time at Arden Courts, Geneva, where he helped care for Alzheimer’s patients. LIFE NOTES: In his early years, Brandon loved BMX racing. He was a natural athlete and competed in track and wrestling at Kaneland. He was definitely a charmer. Cute, quick and funny, he had a way of making the good times – the best times. He loved his family and friends, and loved to travel; always living every minute of every mile. SURVIVORS He leaves his parents, Kathy and Roger Ackerman of Maple Park;Three siblings:Chad, Christopher and Amanda Ackerman, also of Maple Park;His maternal grandfather, Douglas Peterson, Maple Park;paternal grandparents, James and Charlotte Ackerman of LaPorte, INand Robert and Judy Rogowski of Michigan City, IN;and his maternal great grandparents: Floy (Peterson) Raymond Puccetti of St. Charles, IL.In addition he leaves the love of his life, Amanda Heinrich of Sugar Grove, IL, and many good friends. PRECEDED He is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Shirley Jean Peterson;maternal great grandfather, Robert Peterson;Paternal great grandparents: Charles Ackerman and Irene "Busha" (Frank) Linton and paternal great Grandmother, Nina Walker.MEMORIAL A memorial has been established in Brandon’s name. VISITATION / FUNERAL Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 3, 2006 from 5-9PM at Conley Funeral Home, 116 W. Pierce St.,Elburn. His funeral service will be held Wednesday, January 4, 2006 at 11am, at the Community Congregational Church, corner of Shannon and Main Streets, Elburn. The Rev. Katherine Lawes will officiate.

Interment will follow at Blackberry Cemetery, Elburn.
