Clarence D. Mueller

NAME Clarence D. Mueller, age 79 of Lake Wales, FL, formerly of St. Charles, IL, passed away Sunday evening, December 18, 2005 at home in the loving care of his wife after a long battle with Parkinson’s Disease. BORN: He was born on October 24, 1926, the son of Albert and Lorraine (Clausing) Mueller in Beecher, IL. MARRIAGE He was united in marriage to Virginia E. Morris-Klotz on December 8, 1946 and together, they began a lifetime of sharing the toils and triumphs of farming. They settled south of Wasco in 1953, working the soil, tending to the cows, raising their family until 1978 when a change in the wind sent them packing to Florida. There, they ran a vacation/fishing resort until their retirement in 1990. MEMBERSHIPS As a farmer and a father he spent countless hours as a 4-H leader to many of the local "La-Fox Boys (and Girls)". Clarence was a member of the Tri-County Holstein Association as well St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in St. Charles. LIFE NOTES Always young at heart, his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren came to love his whisker rubs which always was rewarded by tickling his feet. SURVIVORS He now leaves his wife of 59 years, Virginia5 children:Larry (Jan) Mueller of Hancock, WI,Ronald (Sylvia) Mueller of Garden Prairie, IL,Susan (Kevin) Lockhart of Paw Paw, MI, Bonnie (Joseph) White of Elburn, IL, and Nancy (Greg) Huggins of Sugar Grove, IL;13 grandchildren: James Mueller, Heather ______ and her children Skyanne, Nevada and Ashley,Brent Mueller, Brian (Crystal) Mueller and their son Cole, Scott Mueller, Amy Lockhart, Kelly Lockhart, Aaron (Debra) White, Jason (Kelly) White and their children Kathleen and Nicholas, Jennifer White, Ryan White, Dustin Huggins, Jacob Huggins,and a lifetime of good friends.
