Diana R. Fabris, age 67 of Cortland went to be with her Lord on Sunday, August 21, 2016 at Bethany Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in DeKalb.
Diana was born into this world as a beautiful baby on Thursday, February 10, 1949 the daughter of Kenneth and Iva (Knopp) Rapp.
She married the love of her life Ronald N. Fabris on May 29, 1970 at St. Gall Catholic Church in Elburn.
Diana leaves behind her husband Ronald, two children Edward Fabris and Christopher Fabris, four sisters, Leola, Donna, Gail, Julia, and many nieces and nephews.
She now joins her parents, one nephew.
A visitation will be from 3:00-5:00 PM, Thursday, August 25, 2016 at Conley Funeral Home, 116 W. Pierce Street, Elburn. Following the visitation cremation rites will be accorded.
A memorial has been established in Diana’s name: Checks may be made to “Ronald Fabris” to help offset funeral costs and mailed in care of P.O. Box 66, Elburn, 60119. Tributes may also be forwarded to the same address or on the web at www.conleycare.com or our Facebook page.
