VICTORIA ANN VILLALPANDO,Infant daughter of Denise "Dee" and "Nick" (Griffin) Villalpando, passed away shortly before her birth, Thursday, January 24, 2008. Only days before, she had given her parents an "ulta-sound dance" that filled their hearts with joy and anticipation. Then, like a comet, passing so close to earth yet destined for a world beyond, "Tori" left her footprints on the hearts of loved one’s here and was born unto heaven. There, the loving arms of her grandma, Mary Ann Villalpando, were no doubt waiting to welcome "Tori" to her heavenly home. In addition to her parents, "Tori" is survived by:Maternal grandparents: Richard and Patricia Griffin of Batavia, IL,Paternal grandparents: Fernando and Debra Villalpando of Downers Grove, IL;Several maternal aunts and uncles and their families: Richard (Chris) Griffin of Phoenix, AZ and their daughter, Molly; Elizabeth (Scott) Stephens of North Aurora, IL and their children: Katie and Andrew; Brian (Shannon) Griffin of Warrenville, IL, and their son, Patrick; And Daniel (Beth) Griffin of Chicago, IL;One paternal uncle, Fernando Villalpando, Jr., of Westchester, IL;In addition, "Tori" leaves a family of dear friends, especially at Sue’s Family Hair Company, Batavia, IL where so many shared with her mom, the anticipation of her birth. The loving support of those friends and clients, together with many other friends and relatives, meant so much then and continue to be precious now. A funeral mass will be held Wednesday, January 30, 2008 at 10:30am at Holy Cross Church, Batavia, IL. Following cremation, private family committal services will later be held.
