Shirley E. Skoglund, age 87, of Elburn, formerly of Geneva, passed away surrounded by the love and prayers of her family, Sunday, December 28, 2014.She is survived by her four loving children: David (Debi) Skoglund, John Skoglund, Carol Skoglund and Robert Skoglund;Two grandsons, Michael and Daniel Skoglund;Two nephews: Gary DeYoung and Jim (Carla) DeYoung. She is preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Helen Werner, her husband George Skoglund, and dear sister, Lois DeYoung. Private family services have been arranged. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be mailed direct to Grace Lutheran Church, 5N600 Hansen Rd, St. Charles, IL 60175.
